Position Summary: Provide credible product and design expertise and be more effective downstream with the customers selling our products. Influence downstream specifications for single family and multi-family new construction, with the goal of driving upgrade carpet and hard surface sales mix opportunities in these channels. This position will also bring real expertise to our existing teams in the areas of product development, sample and merchandising design and channel-specific marketing. This role adds significant value to what we bring to the builders and subcontractors and allows us to be the solution provider in this area for our builder and multi-family customers. This position will cover the Central Region (heaviest focus in Texas and Colorado, but to include Wyoming, Montana, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas) with the candidate living in Texas.
