A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer and supplier of cabinetry and interior finish solutions is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Builder Direct Sales Representative – Multifamily to expand and manage builder and developer partnerships throughout the Greater Atlanta market. The Builder Direct Sales Representative will focus on developing new multifamily construction opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing builder and developer clients. This individual will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship development to bid coordination and project close. The ideal candidate brings experience in cabinetry, millwork, building materials, or interior finishes, along with a strong understanding of the multifamily construction cycle and established relationships within the Greater Atlanta builder community.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in cabinetry, millwork, building materials, or related industry
  • Proven experience selling into multifamily builders and developers
  • Established relationships within the Greater Atlanta construction market strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and project timelines
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory

  • Established relationships within the Greater Atlanta construction market strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting multifamily builders and developers
  • Identify and secure new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through project completion
  • Conduct product presentations and collaborate with clients on specifications and design solutions
  • Prepare accurate bids, proposals, and pricing packages in coordination with internal teams
  • Track projects from planning through installation to ensure timelines and client satisfaction
  • Maintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and internal operations
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and upcoming construction opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals
