The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) and be capable of rapidly developing and refining solutions in an agile environment. This position requires a proactive individual comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements, focused on delivering impactful results. The developer will be responsible for translating user needs into functional, scalable, and secure applications within the Microsoft ecosystem. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and applications.
• Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate applications.
• Work with large, disparate datasets to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis and reporting.
• Document technical designs, code, and configurations.
