We are seeking an experienced User Experience Consultant with deep SharePoint and Microsoft 365 expertise to support a project team focused on delivering functional support across customer services, business process optimization, and IT enhancements. The role will involve designing, configuring, implementing, and managing a SharePoint environment (SP2019/SP Online), while optimizing usability, accessibility, and user experience (UX) across collaborative Microsoft 365 tools. The consultant will also train and support end-users in effective adoption and best practices for content management and collaboration. This position plays a critical role in helping customers achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness through intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. The consultant will ensure quality content creation, continuity, and records management while maintaining visual and functional consistency across enterprise portals in compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and data protection requirements. This project offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping how collaborative tools and IT solutions drive customer experience, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
