Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
- Ability to develop with SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, or enterprise collaboration tools
- Ability to work with web development tools and languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, Python, or CSS
- Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation and optimization of enterprise collaboration tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including documentation and troubleshooting complex issues
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; Master's degree a plus
