About The Position

The Shared Services Coordinator is responsible for the effective administration of operations in all of our divisions. Performs recruiting, onboarding, human resource, administrative, and entry-level financial activities.

Requirements

  • College degree or five years of equivalent HR experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft environment
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public, to maintain confidentiality in daily operations, and to conduct daily duties in professional appearance and manner.
  • Ability to deal with problems that may arise in day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks.
  • A driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • SHRM Certified
  • General knowledge of computerized HRIS

Responsibilities

  • Recruits qualified candidates through direct recruiting, referral programs, internet, advertising, and community involvement
  • Recommends qualified candidates to management by conducting initial interviews
  • Assists applicants in completing forms electronically if assistance is needed
  • Conducting background checks, and drug screens.
  • Processes employee paperwork and electronic documents accurately and promptly
  • Maintain employee files according to Budd standards and legal requirements
  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Responds to unemployment claims/hearings
  • Manages FMLA
  • Orders supplies
  • Maintain uniform inventory.
  • Light financial duties
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Maintain Customer Profiles for Accounts
  • Assist Managers with Timesheet, Schedules and Payroll for frontline
