Are you ready to align customer expectations with operational excellence? We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Shared Services Analyst to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. As a Shared Services Analyst, you are responsible for supporting operational performance through analytics, reporting, and process optimization. You will serve as a "super user" of shared services platforms, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for decision-making. Every day you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe! Pay Range : 60-75k Schedule : Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM (1st shift).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a logistics analyst role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in a centralized environment supporting multiple sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• SQL experience
• 3PL background
• Lean/Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service for consignee and customer locations and implement solutions.
• Provide timely reporting on carrier performance, consignee performance, and volume impacts using standard tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert for shared services platforms and respond to customer info requests.
• Use business intelligence to optimize inventory management and align physical, WMS, and customer systems.
• Research overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) to recommend corrective actions.
• Produce operational health analyses and scorecard data for Logistics Centers to provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, including product traceability and mock track and trace events.
• Partner with warehouse and customer locations to support volume planning and invoicing.
