The Shared Services Analyst in the Human Resources Department, reporting to HCM Business Analyst, plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functionality of the Human Resources' information system and applications. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including HCM Business Analysts, ERP Business Analysts, Consultants, and Knowledge Transfer teams. The Shared Services Analyst is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, validating, and testing the functional operation of INFORMS (PeopleSoft), the county's HR system. This position involves collaborating closely with the HCM Business Analysts, cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of HCM PeopleSoft modules such as Payroll, Core Human Resources, Benefits, Talent & Acquisition Management (TAM), Absence Management, Time & Labor, ePerformance, Position Management, Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA), and other HR applications.
