We’re looking for a proactive and people-centered People Operations Analyst to support and strengthen HR operations across our LATAM region, in close alignment with global People Operations direction. In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of core HR processes while ensuring a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience across LATAM. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to cross-border operations and multiple HR initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR roles, ideally supporting HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and operational best practices in Mexico.
  • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • A service-oriented, improvement-driven, and culturally aware mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including background checks, offer and contract preparation, and maintenance of accurate HR records.
  • Coordinate benefits activation, vacation and absence tracking, and documentation for payroll and personnel changes.
  • Support training and development programs, monitor completion, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide employee relations support across LATAM offices, offering guidance, follow-up, and high-quality service.
  • Organize internal communications and engagement initiatives that enhance culture, well-being, and employee experience.
  • Participate in and support the alignment of HR processes across cross-border entities.
  • Assist with performance evaluation cycles, HR audits, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to internal policies and local regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Provide responsive and professional support to HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate on HR operational projects across LATAM, supporting the implementation and adoption of new tools and processes.
