About The Position

RealTruck is the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for trucks, Jeep®, Bronco® and off-road enthusiasts around the world. Lund is the company behind various automotive accessories like Ventvisors, hood shields, floor mats, fender flares, storage boxes, and running boards. The company is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to join their team. This role involves working with hands, staying active, and rotating through various stations in a fast-paced environment, assembling products using tools such as drills, screw guns, and rivet guns.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferred

Responsibilities

Operate sewing and production machines to meet quality and productivity goals
Perform in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Conduct pre-operation checks and make basic machine adjustments as needed
Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or tooling needs promptly
Maintain accurate production and material usage records
Adhere to safety procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support continuous production
