About The Position

WillowWood is seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our Alpha Department. This role is responsible for sewing and producing high-quality materials used in the manufacturing of prosthetic liners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and experienced in industrial or home sewing environments. Why You'll Love Working Here: Full-time first shift (Monday–Friday) Competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and monthly production bonuses Comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), paid holidays, and generous PTO Onsite wellness perks including a fitness center, walking path, volleyball and basketball courts Clean, safe, temperature-controlled sewing environment Company-paid food trucks twice a week Key Responsibilities Sew prosthetic liner materials using straight stitch and over-lock machines Follow daily production assignments and written work instructions Identify and select correct fabrics, thread types, colors, sizes, and thicknesses Inspect finished products for quality and perform minor repairs as needed Enter accurate production and tracking data into the sewing database Perform basic daily maintenance on sewing equipment Properly store work-in-process materials and assist with stamping duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home sewing experience accepted) Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on sewing machines Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects Basic computer and data entry skills preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Why WillowWood? Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sewing experience (industrial or home sewing experience accepted)
  • Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on sewing machines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sew prosthetic liner materials using straight stitch and over-lock machines
  • Follow daily production assignments and written work instructions
