Requirements

Experience in sewer and drain service (residential preferred)
Strong diagnostic skills—ability to identify problems and recommend solutions with confidence
Comfortable using sewer cameras, jetters, augers, and locating equipment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic—no babysitting required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience with trenchless sewer repair or replacement
Strong track record of upselling solutions the right way (through trust, not pressure)
Ability to work independently while representing the company well

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve sewer and drain issues in residential systems
Perform sewer line inspections, cleanings, and repairs
Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, and locating equipment
Identify root causes and present clear solutions to customers
Perform spot repairs, trenchless repairs (if experienced), and full line replacements
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service vehicle
Accurately document work performed and recommendations
