Your Role As the Sewage Enforcement Services Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of coordination for JHA’s sewage enforcement services, helping municipalities, clients, and field professionals work together efficiently. Your work will help ensure reliable service delivery while maintaining strong relationships and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation and compliance-related records.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, digital records management, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Services and Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for municipalities, clients, and contractors while managing scheduling and workload distribution for in-house and contract Sewage Enforcement Officers.
  • Track Permits and Projects: Monitor permit applications, site visits, inspections, and approvals to ensure smooth project progression and clear visibility.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to Pennsylvania DEP sewage regulations and municipal requirements.
  • Manage Documentation and Operations: Organize digital records, permits, and reports while supporting project tracking, internal reporting, and billing coordination.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling efficiency, service consistency, and overall operational workflows.
