About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant / Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a golf cart. Monday to Friday 1:00PM - 7:00PM

Requirements

• Clean driving record is required
• Must be able to operate a golf cart
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred.
• Experience with parking enforcement software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly ambassador to all visiting the parking structure.
• Provide directions to all visitors, vendors, tenants.
• Manage parking enforcement handhelds and patrol the parking lot/structure.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding parking procedures and policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• When necessary, assist the onsite manager with billing related data entry.
