Travel to industry events, engage the end-user, utilize well-known bowhunting influencers, deliver top-tier service experiences, and tailor promotions using immediate and insightful sales analysis. Requirements

  • Ecommerce experience (B2C Sales)
  • Proven experience in retail, sales, marketing, customer service.
  • An archery and bowhunting enthusiast.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the customer experience by handling all day-to-day inquiries via phone, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Address technical questions and concerns promptly and effectively, providing solutions and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough direct sales analysis and leveraging the latest e-commerce tools to optimize results from sales promotions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to evaluate direct sales data and derive actionable insights. By tracking sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance, the Sales and Brand Manager can make informed decisions to enhance promotional strategies that builds the brand and increases sales.
  • Explores and deploys the latest e-commerce tools and technologies to innovate and maximize promotional effectiveness. This includes leveraging e-commerce platforms, automation tools, and digital marketing techniques to reach target audiences and drive direct sales. Collaborate with Product Development to align their efforts with the marketplace.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on data analysis findings to improve sales performance. This may involve adjusting promotional tactics, refining targeting parameters, or optimizing product positioning to capitalize on market opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate and monitor social media platforms as promotional vehicles to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the content procurement and delivery process to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Implement email address mining campaigns to expand the brand's reach.
  • Strategically distribute promotions through all media channels to maximize impact.
  • Monitor and innovate the SEVR brand on social media platforms to promptly respond to customer interaction fostering positive exchanges and elevating the brand status.
  • Coordinate and execute consumer show attendance, ensuring a consistent brand vibe that resonates with the SEVR consumer.
  • Provide venue coordination and oversee booth design to optimize brand visibility.
  • Analyze event effectiveness to innovate future strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive event calendar.
  • Monitor hunting markets to identify key influencers and foster relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with contracted pro staff to facilitate media content creation and collaborative promotions.
  • Integrate the influencer and pro staff community to engage and align with SEVR sales and marketing initiatives.
