About The Position

Set-up and maintain insert folding equipment (Primary folders are GUK-Vijuk /
MBO / Pratham).

Other machines we run are tabbers, Piggyback insert marrying machine, stitcher
and Vijuk serialization printer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D is appreciated but not required.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience with any of the above-mentioned machines is helpful.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and work instructions.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Must be able to maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all departments.
• Ability to maneuver in tight spaces.
• Ability to do a lot of bending and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• This job is physically demanding and requires the job holder to be on their feet, walking/moving/lifting throughout long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Able to read, write and speak English is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple machines and address any issues that affect quality or production.
• Proper use of rulers in order to ensure correct product sizes.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Perform all essential functions of this job.
• Interface with all departments.
