About The Position

In short, as the Servicing Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will oversee projects across multiple business segments, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, timelines are aligned, and deliverables are met. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years experience in a account manager, vendor manager, customer service or operations leader role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with diverse audiences, including management.
  • Collaborative team player: Thrives in a high-functioning team environment, committed to collective success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: Proficient in prioritization and setting clear expectations while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake of partner and business owner requests, clarifying scope, requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes before initiating work.
  • Define project deliverables and coordinate handoffs to appropriate internal teams.
  • Track progress, monitor milestones, and ensure timely, accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain visibility into active projects and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Align partner priorities with internal capabilities while ensuring clear communication of expectations and timelines.
  • Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations, including reporting, audits, due diligence, and risk assessments.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or delays that may impact partner commitments.
  • Develop operational expertise and proactively identify process improvements, driving accountability and change across teams.
