Our Servicing Specialists are responsible for maintaining our active client portfolio, servicing programs to expected performance pace. They are experts at tackling high volumes of inbound & outbound calls/emails, reviewing, and actioning daily reports, as well as being maniacally focused on reducing / preventing aging. Our Servicing Specialists are effective at differentiating performing vs. non-performing assets and targeting their efforts to drive expected pace within the performing segment and directing distressed assets to the appropriate area of the portfolio. Supports the C&S department & leadership personnel, as well as legal team(s) with varying assignments to ensure quality client service. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. Competitive Base Salary- $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience
