Purpose of Position: The Servicing Manager is responsible for overseeing all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans. This includes, but is not limited to lien perfection on collateralized consumer loans. This position provides leadership to the servicing team, driving operational efficiency, and ensures an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff.

Requirements

Bachelor degree is required.
Minimum five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required.
Three to five years of management experience is required.
Must be 100% bondable.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.
