Requirements

Bachelor in Business and/or Engineering and/or Sustainability
>5 years of experience in transverse transformations with a large organization
>5 years of experience in SE, at least 1 in Services ecosystem
>2 years experience in sustainability domain, incl circularity, decarbonization
Commercial or Marketing experience a plus
Impact maker
Can-do attitude, results oriented
Structured and systematic
Ability to lead by influence and with collaboration
Ability to navigate complex organizations
Clear communication with passion and impact
International, multicultural mind-set and approach
Ability to articulate complex topics in simple requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure program management for Imagine 2030 on SS to drive accountabilities of Services LoB, Services Commercial and countries in delivering the growth (x2) – Actions, Governance, Reporting
Project Manage specific initiatives to enrich Service portfolio with Sustainability features, calculators, proof points, etc
Define and deploy methodologies and requirements to enrich offers with relevant sustainability proof points and marketing content to be applied on offers portfolio
Provide guidance in new innovations and offers development to strengthen sustainability in Services portfolio
