About The Position

Define and drive strategic sales and market initiatives across the portfolio of Project Services, Electrical Field and After Market Solutions, and Power System Solutions (consulting/digital). Foster an agile culture to meet the ever-changing demands of our customers. Drive sales excellence through a disciplined pipeline process, championing the adoption and optimization of digital tools and best operational practices. Champion our cultural vision by fostering an inclusive and diverse environment that supports high performance and continuous improvement. Establish and lead cadences around organizational KPIs and analytics, including leading and lagging indicators, external benchmarking, and market share growth. Drive integrated and consistent technology investments throughout the organization to enhance commercial effectiveness. Continue and enhance our high-performance work culture through core talent processes, including development, training, and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution/MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in service sales (electrical services preferred), with 5+ years of in direct sales leadership in a comparable size/scope role
  • Experience servicing the Data Center /Hyperscale customers
  • Experience assessing, selecting, developing, motivating, and energizing a diverse team in sales planning, negotiation, and customer pursuit
  • Record of accomplishment in setting aggressive sales plans and achieving ambitious targets
  • Ability to influence without authority, in a matrix environment
  • Ability to foresee market trends and customer needs translating them into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation
  • Skilled in navigating and leading through change, in response to evolving market conditions and customer demands
  • Proficient in leveraging digital tools and technologies
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
