Foster an agile culture to meet the ever-changing demands of our customers. Drive sales excellence through a disciplined pipeline process, championing the adoption and optimization of digital tools and best operational practices. Champion our cultural vision by fostering an inclusive and diverse environment that supports high performance and continuous improvement. Establish and lead cadences around organizational KPIs and analytics, including leading and lagging indicators, external benchmarking, and market share growth. Drive integrated and consistent technology investments throughout the organization to enhance commercial effectiveness. Continue and enhance our high-performance work culture through core talent processes, including development, training, and talent acquisition.
