We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with Business Analyst skill set to support ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and client-facing requirement analysis at our client site in Foster City, California. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, HR Service Delivery, scoped applications, and integrations, along with strong analytical and communication skills. In this role, you will: • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including: o Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) o HR Service Delivery (HRSD) o Custom Scoped Applications • Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers • Create and maintain business rules, workflows/flows, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and designs • Participate in onsite client meetings, workshops, and solution design sessions • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, user stories, and process flows • Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and post-production support • Collaborate with senior developers, architects, QA, and project managers • Ensure solutions comply with ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standards Work Model At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
