About The Position

Apply comprehensive knowledge to plan and lead ServiceNow administration activities, including user management and system configuration. Evaluate system performance results and recommend improvements affecting platform success. Function as a technical expert in ServiceNow operations while supervising administrative staff. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • A minimum of FIVE (5) years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Knowledge of data imports, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist for ITSM).
  • Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
  • Experience with advanced modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of CMDB and asset management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps practices.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms and security compliance.
