This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of existing production capabilities, including (but not limited to) IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
