About The Position

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions to meet evolving business needs. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements of new business opportunities, developing robust solution architectures, and estimating the level of effort required for implementation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the implementation team to ensure the creation of sound system architecture, guide the development of complex enhancements, and facilitate the adoption of best practices across teams.

• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Proven ability to design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable system architectures.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with implementation teams.
• Ability to establish and monitor best practices across development teams.
