About The Position

An established technology services organization is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, lead, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a consultative approach to aligning technology with business outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week onsite in Tampa, FL. Local candidates only. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will own the end -to -end delivery of complex ServiceNow projects, driving best -practice implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. This senior role requires a balance of strategic vision and technical execution, partnering with cross -functional teams to ensure scalable, high -performance solutions that align with enterprise goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, or operations.
• Proven success leading end -to -end ServiceNow delivery projects.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules and ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Must be local to Tampa, FL with availability for 2 onsite days per week.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience in enterprise environments using Agile and ITIL methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to design scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations—from design and architecture to delivery and optimization.
• Oversee configuration, integration, and performance of ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules.
• Manage cross -functional project teams of developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Define technical roadmaps and ensure compliance with ITIL, Agile, and CSDM frameworks.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management.
• Monitor KPIs and use ServiceNow dashboards to track delivery success and ROI.
• Support testing, user training, go -live readiness, and post -implementation optimization.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to plan future ServiceNow capability rollouts.
