We are looking for an energetic and motivated ServiceNow Solutions Architect for our Denver branch located in any of the following cities, including Denver, Dallas or Houston. In this role you will utilize strong business and technical consulting skills to develop solutions that solve business challenges while creating desired outcomes! You will not only play an integral role to deliver cutting edge solutions but also work with Account Managers to support projects and optimize sales opportunities in key accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ experience in a technical presales or a client-facing role
  • 8+ years' experience working with ServiceNow design and architecture in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Active and current ServiceNow sales and presales certifications
  • 2+ ServiceNow technical certifications
  • Experience working in a managed services provider environment – multi-tenancy and/or shared services model
  • Proven experience of successfully selling ServiceNow solutions to small, mid, corporate, and enterprise market
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, mediation, and problem resolution skills

Nice To Haves

  • Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
  • ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
  • Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to develop proposal for ServiceNow services provided by Long View
  • Develop work breakdown structure (“WBS”) artifacts to support proposals to estimate cost and delivery
  • Gather client ServiceNow requirements to develop proposals and solutions
  • Lead activities surrounding the ServiceNow Partner portal for programs Long View is enrolled in
  • Work with the Long View branch Architects and Account Managers to engage with clients to support their ServiceNow needs
  • Attend weekly practice alignment sessions with practice leadership team members
  • Act as an escalation point for in-flight projects to address any scope, budget, schedule, and other general project related estimates provided during presales
  • Act as an escalation point for in-flight projects to assist with the creation of new Project Change Requests (“PCRs”)
  • Maintain ServiceNow sales and pre-sales certifications in alignment with ServiceNow partner program requirements
  • Work with Long View Partner Services to monitor, manage, and respond to ServiceNow partner requirements
  • Provide guidance to the Long View consulting community on ServiceNow best practices and news
  • Act as the go-to resources for any client Request for Proposal (“RFP”) or Request for Information (“RFI”) request where ServiceNow expertise is required
  • Create presentation materials and marking artifacts on Long View’s ServiceNow offerings and solutions
