You will translate business needs into scalable operating models and solutions that align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Advanced expertise in solution architecture
  • Intermediate skills in stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to assess current-state processes and define high-level business and technology solutions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into effective operating models and technical solutions.
  • Strong skills in developing business cases to support transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to guide and oversee the implementation of key initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
