Position Summary The ServiceNow Product Owner – App Store is responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic advancement of the ServiceNow-based Application Store. This includes catalog governance, user experience, partnering with the Platform team on technical enhancements, and ensuring alignment with CSD 2.0, CMDB, and Software Asset Management (SAM) best practices. The role ensures that all catalog items are accurate, automated, compliant, and delivering an exceptional colleague experience.
