About The Position

As a ServiceNow Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting key Accenture Federal Services IT/IS initiatives to enhance and sustain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve AFS security controls. You will lead the design, build, testing, and implementation of updates to the ServiceNow CMDB, including Configuration Item (CI) class configuration, relationship mapping, data model design, and the creation of business rules and workflows. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the project team, you will translate requirements into actionable solutions while reporting progress, issues, and potential resolutions to project management.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
• Advanced expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Intermediate experience with ServiceNow JavaScript APIs
• Intermediate knowledge of solution architecture
• Proven ability to design and implement CI class configurations, relationship mapping, and data models.
• Strong experience creating business rules and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and drive project success.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
