About The Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations and Background Verification (BGV) programs. The candidate will lead large-scale ITSM transformations, manage end-to-end BGV project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Need 10+ years overall experience, 5+ years managing ServiceNow ITSM programs
  • ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory) – hands-on project leadership experience
  • ITIL v3 / ITIL v4 certified or strong practical experience
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, integrations, workflows, and automation
  • Experience with BGV tools, vendors, and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ITSM and BGV initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, or higher)
  • Experience working in global delivery or shared services environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure
  • Manage BGV programs/projects, including vendor onboarding, process standardization, compliance tracking, and SLA governance
  • Drive implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules:
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL v3/v4 best practices
  • Manage UAT, production releases, and post-go-live support
