Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
  • Proven success implementing ServiceNow modules, with deep knowledge in at least one core area (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Strong grasp of platform architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript).
  • Skilled in workflow automation, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) and ITIL principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with client-facing experience.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to expand technical breadth.
  • Committed to quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules
  • ITIL Foundation or higher certification
  • Exposure to Performance Analytics, Security Operations, GRC, or ATF.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience mentoring others and working across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet client needs, including workflow design, UI customization, and dashboard optimization.
  • Develops and maintains integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.
  • Oversees platform administration tasks such as upgrades, deployments, and performance tuning.
  • Engages directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution recommendations, and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensures quality through testing and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and staying current with platform updates.
  • This role will be hybrid onsite 2-3 times a week in the Pittsburg PA or Cleveland OH office.
