About The Position

DaVita is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ServiceNow Engineer will play a critical role in the strategy, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This position involves serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for specific platform modules, leading complex projects, and providing architectural guidance to ensure the platform evolves in line with DaVita’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a top performer with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and maintaining critical platform functions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Senior Developer (e.g., 3-5+ years).
  • Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the long-term strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide architectural guidance and insight on new and complex projects.
  • Focus on specific areas of the platform to become the designated SME for those modules.
  • Lead the implementation of high-profile projects and strategic initiatives on the platform.
  • Oversee and support all integrations related to people and location data within ServiceNow.
  • Manage and support M365/LDAP integrations.
  • Drive AI enablement initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of critical business processes on the platform, including providing support during outages.
  • Handle operational catalog item changes and manage update sets.
  • Serve as a Problem Management SME to identify and resolve root causes of issues.
  • Support efforts for delegated development on the platform, providing necessary oversight.
  • Work with senior developers and other engineers to focus on long-term strategy and large project efforts.
  • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to other teammates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
