About The Position

As a ServiceNow Development Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will leverage your in-depth knowledge and expertise in the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and digital platform best practices to deliver impactful solutions. In this role, you will develop applications, including configuration, report development, and data migration, as applicable. You will analyze, design, code, and test application components across one or more clients while performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Additionally, you will assist with technical design and documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform strategy
  • Expert-level expertise in ServiceNow core system setup
  • Proven experience in application development, including configuration, report development, and data migration.
  • Strong skills in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application components.
  • Ability to perform maintenance and enhancements on ServiceNow applications.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical design documentation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and team members to deliver tailored solutions.
