Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, plus six (6) years of applicable Information Technology Development/Support experience OR Eight (8) years equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field, plus three (3) years experience of Information Technology Development/Support experience OR Five (5) years of equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field OR Two (2) years equivalent work experience
  • Proven working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform: Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Change, CMDB, ITAM), ideally in a regulated or operations-intensive environment
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices, incident/change management, baseline configuration control.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Additional certifications in ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with Flow Designer and Integration Hub (replacing generic scripting).
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., CMDB, and ERP systems).
  • Work across incidents, changes, baselines, and other ITIL processes to ensure strong alignment between technology and energy-industry demands.
  • Participate in support/maintenance of mission-critical applications.
  • Contribute to software development life cycle best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor.
