About The Position

Positon : Servicenow Developer Location: Fort Mill/SC, Austin/TX Required Qualifications (5+ Years of Experience) Core Experience (5+ Years) 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (or equivalent enterprise platform experience) Strong expertise in JavaScript on ServiceNow , including Glide APIs and platform scripting best practices Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, reference fields; CMDB basics where applicable) Proven delivery experience in at least one major ServiceNow module: ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD SecOps GRC Platform & Configuration Experience (5+ Years) Experience with Flow Designer , catalog items, workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs Strong experience in reporting and dashboard development Hands-on troubleshooting across: Client scripts Server scripts Business rules ACLs UI policies and UI actions Integration & Technical Skills (3–5+ Years) Experience building and supporting integrations using: REST APIs Web services Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic Auth, etc.) Ability to debug and resolve complex integration and platform issues Professional Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience with Performance Analytics , ATF , or automated testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD for ServiceNow , including Git integration and pipelines
  • Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications: ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD SecOps
