We are currently searching for a Servicenow Developer : Responsibilities Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs. Design backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search. Troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components. Work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams. (For AI/ML Engineers) Apply experience in AI/ML within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Requirements 6–10 years of total software or platform development experience, including 5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and core ServiceNow backend development. Experience designing integrations (REST/SOAP) and backend structures. Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform platform-specific troubleshooting. Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Desired Service Portal UI Builder REST/SOAP Integrations Scripting Platform troubleshooting Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish.
