About The Position

What You Will Do: Review business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications. Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization. Applies technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements. Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle. Develop business rules, workflows, scripts, and UI policies using JavaScript and Flow Designer Build integrations between ServiceNow and 3rd party applications Provide technical documentation including specifications, user guides, and knowledge articles Conduct code reviews and promote ServiceNow development best practices Stays current with ServiceNow advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and 4+ years of equivalent experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience in ServiceNow Modules ITSM/HRSD/SPM and tools UI builder/Workflow studio
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, with understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integrations
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while remote
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
