ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely. In this role, you will support our internal ServiceNow instance and Customer Portals. We're seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support our internal ServiceNow implementations and delivery goals. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, including the technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass background checks comparable to DoD Secret.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, ITBM, and/or equivalent.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA) and ServiceNow Implementation certifications.
- Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
- Experience building catalog items, including the associated flows and workflows.
- Consultant in 3 or more ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or a similar scripting language.
- Implementation experience working directly with customers and clients.
- Knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, and Web Services.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Management.
