Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team, you will: Administering and Developing ServiceNow Platforms: Manage, configure, and customize the ServiceNow environment to support multiple modules, with a focus on incident, problem, and change management processes. Designing and Developing Solutions: Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, Angular, and web technologies to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enable seamless user experiences within ServiceNow. Implementing Integrations: Connect ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange and process automation across complex IT ecosystems. Managing the CMDB: Apply data management best practices to the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), supporting accurate asset tracking, relationship mapping, and service delivery optimization.
