Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience
  • Security+ certification

Nice To Haves

  • ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)
  • Custom application development experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
  • Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
  • Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
  • Carries out migration of the changes to production
  • Assists with technical design and documentation
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
