Requirements

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • ServiceNow Development experience
  • Plus, additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
