We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications that streamline processes and deliver measurable value across the organization.

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, and automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, GraphQL, or SOAP APIs.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and new releases.
  • Expertise in Sales and Order Management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience building and working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).
  • Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs such as GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and other server/client-side scripting tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Next Experience (UI Builder).
  • Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules, such as: App Engine Studio Customer Service Management (CSM) Sales & Order Management IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience.
