The work As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm technical validations, and provide solution architecture recommendations. Your experience with the ServiceNow Platform will be crucial in developing and customizing applications to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Technical Validation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
