About The Position

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll drive the successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as ServiceNow Business Analyst with 3+ years in ServiceNow implementations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules
  • Strong ITIL framework knowledge in ServiceNow context
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with user story creation, workflow design, and process documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Agile/Scrum environment experience
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Advanced ServiceNow features: Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics
  • Cloud technologies experience (AWS, Azure)
  • Big firm/large enterprise background (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC)
  • Healthcare industry experience with ServiceNow

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules
  • Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities
  • Design solutions that align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business objectives and ITIL best practices
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, process flows, and use cases for ServiceNow configurations
  • Support configuration of business rules, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations
  • Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow features and enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics and user feedback
