About The Position

We are excited to offer an opportunity to assist in improving the service offering of PC Renewal and asset management via ServiceNow. This position will be part of the PC Renewal Service Management and User Experience team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers’ mission-critical objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Asset Management processes and best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and be self driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be available to work from 8AM EST to 5PM EST.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native ServiceNow capabilities or via PowerBI and QlikSense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
  • Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
  • Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.
