What You Will Do : Leading ServiceNow projects, including interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements Collaborating with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications. Translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. Supporting ServiceNow projects by interacting with stakeholders to capture current state processes and pain points, and design future state processes. Maintaining frequent engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all phases of the overall project and development efforts. Collaborating closely with technical teams in their efforts to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. Staying current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conducting technical assessments and providing recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Building functional work products such as, but not limited to, process maps, design documents, and communications. Supporting functional product testing and training activities. Creating technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance before onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • A Minimum of FOUR (4) years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required
  • Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with an Active "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred
  • One (1) or more ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)

  • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions
  • General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment
