Requirements

  • Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field; or possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science)
  • Required Experience: 4+ yrs of directly related professional work experience
  • Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
  • Skills: Change Management, ServiceNow Platform, Workflow Automation
  • US Citizenship Required: Yes

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT and business operations
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions, enabling process efficiencies and scalable service delivery
  • Oversee the incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and system integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new modules or enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular platform audits, and apply upgrades or patches as needed
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage and operational trends
