Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field; or possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science)
- 4+ yrs of directly related professional work experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- TS/SCI with active polygraph
- US Citizenship Required
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT and business operations
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions , enabling process efficiencies and scalable service delivery
- Oversee the incident, problem, and change management processes , ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and system integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new modules or enhancements
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular platform audits, and apply upgrades or patches as needed
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage and operational trends
