The ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for MANAGING ServiceNow Licenses and Governing ServiceNow Access for internal employees who use the platform. Oversees subscription compliance, monitors usage, and ensures the company stays within its entitlements. Besides license management and access governance the other areas are managing general platform health, monitoring and maintenance best practices POSITION OVERVIEW: The role is a collaborative self-starter managing the administrative responsibilities of the ServiceNow platform, providing L3 (Level 3) operational support. This role will actively collaborate with the ServiceNow architect, development and L1/L2 operational team.
